Through our specialist planning & design team, we have the ability to gain the relevant planning permissions once we have secured any land.

Working together since 2012 we have been able to maximise the land value purchasing plots cheaper with no consent and either developing the plot ourselves or selling on to other developers. These consents will sometimes be for hotels, residential or mixed-use developments to maximise the potential return from the land.

We have found that working with the local authorities helps us to understand their expectations for the plot and help them achieve in many cases job opportunities to site slightly outside of town centres.
