Heelstone Hotels Group Ltd (HHGL) was set up in 2012 by its two directors with the sole purpose of developing and retaining hotels around the Uk initially in key locations in cities and towns and along the man arterial routes of the country.

We had previously successfully delivered hotel projects for overseas investors and have maintained those links with the investment partners and managed to establish links with many new ones which has allowed us to build out schemes for the likes of Hilton and IHG thus far.

HHGL also has a sister company Heelstone Developments which works alongside many other clients offering a wide variety of services but mainly project management to other sectors as well as the hotel one including residential, commercial, industrial and student accommodation.

Our main focus however is to further develop our existing links with the hotel brands globally and build a diverse portfolio of hotels built up of management, franchise and lease agreements.

The vision of the company and end objective is to build a sustainable and efficient model whereby we can own and operate a portfolio of hotels across the UK and mainland Europe in time.

We have already seen the benefits of recruiting the services of a hotel advisor who’s market knowledge on the operational side has proved invaluable and it I hoped that the next stage is for us to set up our own operation company which will work in conjunction with it development sister company to assist in streamlining the operational side of the business thus making the overall portfolio more profitable in the long term.

This can all only be achieved with the continued support of our JV partners and equity groups who share in our vision and goal in the hotel sector.
