ACQUISITION
Through our in-house acquisition team, we are able to source and secure land for HHGL and our JV and investment partners. With an enviable network of contacts, we have access to excellent on & off market opportunities and with their support and backing we are able to move quickly if the right site presents itself.
DEVELOPMENT
Once we have land security, our designated design team work very closely with our chosen brands project management team designing the hotel based on the given prototype. This is a proven effective and time efficient model of ensuring there are unnecessary delays and issues during the construction phase of the scheme.
PLANNING
Through our specialist planning & design team, we have the ability to gain the relevant planning permissions once we have secured any land. Working together since 2012 we have been able to maximise the land value purchasing plots cheaper with no consent and either developing the plot ourselves or selling on to other developers.
