Detail, the construction of a 178 bed room, Banqueting for 500 persons, A spa facility of 1600msto Hilton Before standards, 2 no restaurants with covers for 270no, an internal golf club and shop and a full media facility for 120 no in the auditorium.

This building was designed to be faceted to mirror the bowl of the stadium. It was also cut 2 storeys down into the embankment.

This project was carried out on the top two floors of The Cube Building which carried all of the logistical problems associated with city centre development. Project delivered on time.

Contract value £6m, final cost £5.5m

This consisted of a 60 Bedroom Extension to the existing hotel. The refurbishment of Existing 72 Bedrooms to doubletree standard including upgrading of the Restaurant to a Marco Pierre White Steakhouse.

Hotel re branded to doubletree (4 star) for Hilton.

All work carried out in an operational hotel.

Planning permission was implemented as 2no phases, the first was the construction of the 120 bed hotel with the provision for phase 2 which consisted of an additional 40 bedrooms.

Green field site, the hotel constructed with all facilities and an area which was completed as a MPW Frankie’s restaurant.
